In addition, the upstairs, connected by a spiral staircase, includes a full kitchen, dining room, living room, two more bedrooms w/shared bath and a screened porch. A large deck overlooks the pool and has a wide ocean view.
Downstairs is a kitchen w/eating area, living room, screened porch and two bedrooms w/shared full bath. The laundry/bathroom opens out to an added room that we call the 'treehouse' which hosts a trundle bed with TV and a/c . . . perfect for teenagers. Beside the pool is a large outside covered patio with picnic table and new table tennis. Great for family reunions and get-togethers. Sleeps 12. No pets, please.
